How do I know what's available on hand?
- EVERYTHING listed on our site is on hand and ready for pick up or meet up. ( If sold out then babes we are sold out! )
When is shipping days?
- We ship orders Monday through Thursday AFTER processing days! Orders placed after will be shipped next business day.
Do you offer local meet up deliveries?
- Yes we offer same day meet ups on Sundays-Wednesdays with a $5 fee that MUST go towards your balance. Please read our "Pick Up" policy for more details.
When can I pick my order up?
- We offer same day pick up. Please read our "Pick Up" policy for more details.
Do you accept cash?
- Yes we accept cash payments for local pick up ONLY but orders are not guaranteed if someone order online.
How long will it take for me to get a tracking number?
- Once your order finishes processing, a tracking number will then automatically be issued to the same email used when ordering online our website
Why isn’t my tracking number updating?
- Please allow 24-72 hours for your tracking to update in the online USPS system.
My items are lost or stolen, how do I get a refund?
- Boujee Boss Collection is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items. The customer is responsible for filing a claim with the courier (USPS) to inquire about a refund. The customer must contact the courier directly and follow their procedures for a potential refund.
How can I leave a review?
- Babe you can leave a review for $15 OFF your next purchase. You have go to the item(s) you purchase previously and scroll down until you see “Write A Review”.
How can I know when a item restock?
- You can be notified when a item restock by clicking the “Notify Me When Available” next to the item you would like.
